In case of error/failure in system and stock update where you have made the payment and there are no stock for the items your order, we will fully refund your payment.

 

REFUND PROCEDURE 

After we have validated your payment confirmation via our web-store, we will process your order. You will receive an email confirmation if the items you have ordered and paid are no longer in stock.

You can select to wait for the items until they are available or request for a refund upon receiving our email confirmation. Please submit your selection from link provided in the email, and make sure to enter a correct Bank account details (Bank name, branch, account holder, account number) while you make payment confirmation.

We will process the refund in 48 hours working day after we have received your email.
